THE PROCESS
CONSULTATION
After receiving your enquiry, we'll schedule an initial consultation to understand your requirements and design vision, ensuring your piece is tailored to your desires. Consultations can be conducted in person or over the phone, allowing us to create a truly bespoke design.
SOURCING
Once we have understood your design vision and confirmed that the diamond is not in our current stock, we will initiate the sourcing process through our established network of reliable diamond suppliers. We are dedicated to ethical and sustainable sourcing, ensuring each diamond is of the finest quality.
DESIGN
After finalizing your initial concept, we’ll collaborate closely with you, making as many adjustments as needed until the design meets your expectations. Once the design is approved, we’ll move into the modelling stage using Computer Aided Designing (CAD) technology. You’ll receive a CAD render of your piece for review, allowing you to approve the design or make any final adjustments. Only when you are completely satisfied with the design will we proceed to production, ensuring your piece is exactly as you envisioned.
PRODUCTION
Once the design is approved, your piece enters the production phase, where a resin or wax model is created using 3D printing technology. This model is used to form a mould, which is then filled with molten metal to cast your ring. After casting, the ring undergoes cleaning, buffing, and pre-polishing to prepare it for stone setting. The diamonds are then carefully set into the ring, followed by a final polish to ensure a flawless finish. Throughout the process, each piece is inspected for quality to meet our high standards.
COMPLETION
Once your piece has passed our final quality checks, it will be beautifully packaged and prepared for pick-up or delivery. Along with your package, you’ll be provided with all necessary insurance details and certifications.
